If you've been on social media lately, you might have noticed a wave of "self-care, self love" posts. There's a reason it's catching on. Learning to love, accept and take care of yourself is what makes you whole. You should never have to apologize for being you. Being able to forgive and let go will set you free. Being whole for yourself also allows you to be whole for the ones in your life. Taking care of yourself allows you to take the best care of those you love.
